AM:

7 easy miles West side and back. First run after the marathon that felt normal with the normal aches and strains.  Glad that the recovery period seems to be over;  in retrospect i was definietly pushing myself thorugh the marathon training program, but i guess that is not a bad thing.  Started running in April 2012 and ran the first marathon 1 year and 1/2 later without getting injured, mission acomplished.  Now its time to pick it up.  Looking forward to it.

Went to the ATC Atlanta Track Club Party to cheer the runners of the one mile prediction run; saw Bert and some volunteer coaches (Clarke).

 

Then easy run with the ATL running group (Rehan, David)

 

Went to another race, the 10k Beltline run; saw Subhuo, Sonja, ....
