Warm up 4.6 miles plus some strides

Race: Pretty tired legs from the  beginning; why: i run 10 miles/daily constantly during the week without taper; i hope i can get used to that soon.  So i was not running on VMAX also there will be a week coming up with speed work. So i said easy.

nice race. training through the smaller races is a great way to add in a good workout en route to a larger goal. keep it up.

yes thanks for noticing. thought, i was able to run this faster; started my Veyo simulation this week on thursday; 2.5 miles uphill and 6 miles downhill still felt it in my legs; running downhill for 6 miles is a new experience for the muscles so i guess need to get used to this;

Yes the hill running already pays off; also the downhill running pays off (improve neuromuscular connection in my opinion)
