7 easy miles West side and back. First run after the marathon that felt normal with the normal aches and strains. Glad that the recovery period seems to be over; in retrospect i was definietly pushing myself thorugh the marathon training program, but i guess that is not a bad thing. Started running in April 2012 and ran the first marathon 1 year and 1/2 later without getting injured, mission acomplished. Now its time to pick it up. Looking forward to it.
